How's It Done?
Special glass paints are used in the process of making Pixieglas™. After allowing the piece(s) to dry, the glass is fired, fusing the paints to the glass. This process allows for greater durability so the paints will not chip or peel.
Many ask if their items are dishwasher safe, and while they can be placed on the top rack of your dishwasher, I do recommend hand washing.
I use a wide variety of brushes, sponges, my fingers and hands to create the effects you see in my work. I do my best to continue to expand what I use in my painting process so that I can continue to create a wide variety of designs.
